• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

• At least 2 years' industry experience in a similar role, fast-track progression opportunities.
This position is ideal for an experienced property professional with at least two years of experience in Property Management, Customer Care in property, or Sales Progression. The role entails managing all reserved plots, coordinating show room viewings, ensuring compliance, handling general enquiries, managing administration, coordinating maintenance with contractors, and performing daily tasks while maintaining effective communication both internally and with external parties.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is confident in phone communication and skilled at managing the new build customer journey. This role is perfect for someone with a talent for managing expectations, a strong passion for property, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
