Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephone calls, send emails, and arrange video calls to promote products and services.
- Proactively follow up and nurture inquiries generated through the website and other lead generation channels
- Focus on business growth from existing clients and generate new business by nurturing existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users.
- Follow up on quotation requests, liaising with internal and external colleagues and other departments to convert inquiries into sales.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in line with the sales and marketing plan.
- Update and maintain CRM records detailing all activity and relevant follow-up actions.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Creative experience (ideally a degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design).
- Enthusiastic and proactive about finding new clients and business opportunities.
- Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
- Experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
- Strong team player with good organisational and methodical skills.
