National Account Manager

jelli Group is delighted to be working with a fast growing FMCG Health & Beauty company that has an impressive portfolio of consumer brands across haircare, skincare and bodycare.
What’s it all about?
You will be responsible for the development & performance of the Discouter Channel which currently equates to 35% of the client turnover. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be developing & implementing annual account plans and working with the UK Sales Director to develop a long-term strategy for growth.
What you will be doing:
- Direct responsibility for the accounts within the channel..
- Develop business plans for growth aligned to the company strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing & new accounts.
- Sales analysis and reporting
What we need from you:
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experienced National Account Manager - ideally from within the Health & Beauty industry
- Deep understanding of the Discounter channel
- Proven success in gaining distribution, negotiating prime display sites, profitable promotional plans and agreed account P&L’s
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally & proactively with internal teams
