Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results.


Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve ad performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.


Social Media Marketing:

  • Create and execute marketing strategies on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators for all campaigns.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and copy for ads and posts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.


SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to refine marketing tactics.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust spend to ensure optimal performance.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and influencers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
