Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the ecommerce marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee copywriting process for email and homepage, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Identify and pursue innovative digital engagement opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure digital paid agency is tracking to KPIs and following content and promotional plans.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of digital marketing experience at management level.
  • Proven track record of working at strategic level to develop and execute innovative digital marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach, including audience segmentation, insights development, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience with Klaviyo and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
