Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Are you passionate about driving business growth through digital marketing strategies? We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our B2C insurance business.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting, and SEO, as well as excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid budgets in excess of £500k per annum and a proven track record of driving hundreds of sales daily.

In this role, you will work across a variety of digital channels, including CRO, SEO, Affiliate, digital analytics, content, social, and User Journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing data to inform future decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  2. Market analysis and trend monitoring
  3. Campaign management
  4. Data analysis and reporting
  5. Stakeholder collaboration
  6. Budget management

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting, and SEO
  2. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
  3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Familiarity with GDPR, PECR, and other relevant regulations
  6. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
