The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help us establish GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales and recruitment team allowing us to deliver to an even greater cohort of students from across the globe. This is a pivotal role in helping GrowCo develop and execute a digital marketing strategy, initiatives, and marketing content to generate leads, and increase product and brand awareness.
Working closely with the broader GrowCo team, you will develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and increase lead conversion. You will lead and manage the development of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
