Requirements




  • Background in CRM, ideally with a mix of CRM strategy and planning, coupled with CRM Ops
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, so familiar with the regulatory aspects of marketing comms and treating customers fairly
  • Knowledge of a marketing automation platform, ideally Hubspot if possible
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools, such as GA4
  • Good understanding of test and learn, optimisation techniques, and copy testing for marketing CRM
  • Good copy creation skills
