To support this endeavour, we are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Operations Leader to join their dynamic UK manufacturing team.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Manufacturing Operations, you will champion the high-volume manufacturing operations across two sites in Hampshire. This pivotal role requires a focus on delivering key metrics through strong management, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Operations leadership team in driving Operational Excellence and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to the Global Supply Chain.
- Develop and manage the Operations Budget and Forecast to align with business objectives.
- Drive the strategic Operations plan across both manufacturing sites, prioritizing health, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality team to maintain high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the Engineering Director to drive performance improvements and support breakthrough projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing high-volume products within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the medical devices industry is preferred, with knowledge of relevant regulations such as ISO Standards, FDA, MDD, MDR, and MDSAP.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management programs and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
