Our client is the UK Division of a global leader in the manufacture of high-precision machine components and complex assemblies. While serving many industries, the business primary focus is supplying mission critical components for its aerospace customers.
Our client supply precision machines parts and gear technology solutions to the aerospace and defence sectors. Their continual investment in new cutting-edge technology and technical training allows them to support complete supply chain solutions on time.
The role will be hybrid working and will be based at their new head office is a purpose-built factory with a further seven satellite facilities in proximity, each offering cellular manufacturing and QA support. Their comprehensive machine capability enables core parts to be manufactured complete with maximum efficiency in dedicated areas adopting lean manufacturing principles. The Engineering Director will have both strategic, technical and operational responsibilities, including providing expert engineering guidance in the Company, managing engineering projects and being involved with developing new products/methods for the Company.

least 10 years commercial and technical experience in an engineering environment that provides products for the Aerospace Industry.

The successful candidate will lead the Engineering Team and be a key member of the leadership team.
