Working closely with our clients, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, product installation, and maintenance queries. If you are passionate about serving customers and love problem-solving, this role is perfect for youResponsibilities:Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.Troubleshoot and resolve product installation, configuration, and usage issues.Proactively identify and escalate product defects or improvements to the development team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.Contribute to product knowledge base by creating FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
