This is the ideal role for an individual with some live experience in providing both 1st and 2nd line IT support and project delivery within an MSP environment or as a member of an internal IT support team looking for their next step. You should be passionateabout providing exemplary customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer** tasked to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
- To ensure service level agreement standards are met.
- To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation.
- Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.

**Essential Skills**:

- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- **IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer** with a strong appreciation for customer service.
- You will have a passion for IT and learning.
- Active Directory, Windows Server, O365 Admin, Google Admin Suite.
- Comfortable working and delivering towards SLAs.
- Demonstrated understanding of technical troubleshooting and fault finding.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of Intune would be desirable.
