Salesforce Functional Consultant

One of our clients is a consultancy that works across the media, retail, and finance. They are scaling up their Salesforce team and have a diversity of projects slated for the next several years. These projects will predominantly utilise Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.


The role will offer ample opportunities to be a pivotal part of end to end implementations and to take ownership of the deployment process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement Salesforce solutions for various business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in Salesforce technologies, staying updated with the latest developments and features.
  • Gathering documentation, scoping, and business analysis.


Essential Experience


  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Lead - a minimum of 4 years
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
  • Full working rights and experience working in the U.K. market is essential


This is a hybrid role based out of London. It offers a competitive salary up to £75K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
