One of our clients is a leading Salesforce consultancy who have a small and growing team of seasoned Consultants who are renowned for implementing creative and holistic solutions across various sectors. The executive team has worked hard to cultivate a supportive, energetic culture and they offer fully remote work arrangements.

As a Functional Lead you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight. You will be confident delegating and liaising with stakeholders. You will lead a team of consultants monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines and milestones.

This will be a hybrid role out of London. Must be comfortable commuting to an office 3 days a week.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design ready
  • Working with the designers to ensure design meets the business requirements
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Documenting processes

Essential Experience

  • 4+ years Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end user experience in a complex environment
  • Hands-on configuration experience
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
  • 5+ Salesforce certifications, Including: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, FSL etc.
  • Proven track record of having worked in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
  • You are UK based and have the right to work within the U.K.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £85K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
