As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet client requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ Years of Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant
  • Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and Administration
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Similar Certification Required
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Other Salesforce Products
  • Proven Ability to Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
