We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you'll be a senior on a team doing a mix of 2nd level support and declarative project work, and to help bring some more junior team members along.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and design solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom features and integrations.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Salesforce training sessions for clients and internal teams.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certification is required; additional certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally other Salesforce products.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
