I am looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Salesforce Partner environment. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing client requirements, designing customised solutions, and implementing Salesforce applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and achieving customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  2. Design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  3. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific client needs.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices.
  5. Conduct training sessions for end-users and clients to maximize adoption and proficiency.
  6. Work closely with project managers, developers, and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant in a Salesforce Partner environment.
  2. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Consultant, Developer) are highly desirable.
  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
  4. Proficient in customising and configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
