Our client, who are a leading provider of fire and security services in the UK, are seeking a Head of Passive Fire to join the team in offices located in Risley, DerbyshireAs the Head of Passive Fire, you will be responsible for leading and developing our passive fire division, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.You will develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the passive fire division and manage a P&L of circa £3mEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practiceProvide technical guidance and support to the teamOversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetManage and mentor a team of passive fire engineersCollaborate with other departments to ensure integration and efficiencyKeep up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of processes and proceduresIf you have:Proven experience in a senior role within the passive fire industryExtensive knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulationsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to drive business growth and achieve targetsExperience in project management and deliveryKnowledge of relevant industry standards and best practicesDegree or equivalent qualification in fire safety, engineering, or a related fieldCertifications in passive fire protection would be advantageousAttention to detail and commitment to qualityHigh level of professionalism and integrityFull UK driving licenseThis role comes with excellent company benefits as well as other career progression and continuous training programmes.
