In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and expansion of our passive fire protection offerings. Your responsibilities will include supervising the internal delivery of structural fire safety solutions, crafting training initiatives for our engineers, providing essential technical guidance, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to enhance value propositions and stimulate lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with FIRAS accreditations
  • Design and implement training initiatives for engineers
  • Offer technical assistance to the operational team
  • Establish pricing strategies
  • Recruit and oversee personnel

Requirements:
