A 6 month contract within the financial services sector .


Delivery of the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, Bonus, LTI plan and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.


  • Pre-population of all back-end Workday data fields (e.g. job levels, salary ranges, job codes etc)
  • Ensuring appropriate access levels and data security is in effective within Workday.
  • Executing on the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle.
  • Effective project management and delivery of the reward cycle, ensuring full collaboration with HR Business Partners “HRBPs” and business leaders; education of Workday system and standard reporting as required.
  • Management of all pre-promotion nominations, following through to conclusion and final sign-off; including job level scoring and salary benchmarking within with WTW GGS.
  • Undertaking appropriate governance and compliance checks, ensuring compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • First point of call for all Workday technical issues and questions.
  • Working with HRBP’s to advise and resolve recommendation anomalies, escalation to Head of HR as needed..
  • Production of Total Reward statements and effective distribution.
  • Undertaking full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll throughout and post close of the cycle.
