Digital & Social Media Community Manager
The Company
NatPower is a global group specialised in renewable energy assets development, with operations in severalcountries. We are launching in the UK market, aiming at becoming one of the UK sector leaders in the next 3-5 years as we successfully have in other geographies. As part of our expansion, we are looking to grow the Marketing Team and are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.
NatPower Marine is a global leader in marine energy transition, working closely with ports, independent terminal operators, and shipping lines. As a UK-based provider, we aim to become a leading force in theEuropean and US markets.

The Role
As the Digital and Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling digital content and driving meaningful engagement that aligns with our brand values and business objectives. This role requires someone who is passionate about fighting climate change, with a strategic mindset, creative flair, and hands-on execution, ensuring that NatPower’s digital presence is not only visible but impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop and manage a detailed content calendar, producing a variety of content types including posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- CMS Management/ CRM Integration:
- Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to upload, organize, and maintain digital content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search and properly categorized within the CMS.
- Regularly update and refresh content to align with ongoing marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with CRM teams to ensure content aligns with customer engagement strategies.
- Tailor content to different audience segments based on CRM insights.
- Use CRM tools to track and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Optimize content for each platform, considering best practices for format, timing, and engagement.
- Monitor and engage with the community on social media, responding to comments and messages.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms todrive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with NatPower’s business objectives and resonate
- with target audiences.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital content that support overall marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to keep NatPower’s
- digital presence innovative and competitive.
Website Content Management:
- Manage and maintain the company’s website content to ensure it is current, engaging, and aligned with NatPower’s brand messaging.
- Regularly update website pages, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and userexperience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and upload high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Use Content Management Systems (CMS) to organize and categorize content effectively.
- Monitor website performance, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on web content trends and best practices to ensure NatPower’s online
- presence remains competitive.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools.
- Report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategies based on data analysis.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, platform updates, andemerging technologies to ensure NatPower’s online presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Experiment with new content formats, engagement tactics, and digital tools to continually improve the community experience and engagement.
Key Requirements/Knowledge
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management, preferably within a related industry.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, GoogleAnalytics) and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in managing influencer relationships and digital partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
