**Job Title**: Social Media Strategist

**Overview**:
As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates across various social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.

**Community Engagement**: Foster meaningful interactions with followers and customers across social media channels. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor discussions and trends relevant to the brand and initiate or participate in conversations when appropriate.

**Campaign Planning and Execution**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, contests, and influencer partnerships. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize results.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media efforts. Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for growth and areas for optimization.

**Stay Updated on Trends**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
