Role Title: Head of Security Operations

Location: London


La Fosse Associates are working with a global company who are looking to add a Head of Security Operations to their growing Security team.

You will be heading up an exisiting, mature Security Operations functional inclusive of a hybrid SOC and Threat Intelligence team


In this position you will lead on the strategy of the Security Operations team working with various C-Level individuals to drive this forward for the business. You will help them to deliver on their projects across threat intelligence, incident response, security testing, engineering, vulnerability management, and operations.


A large part of the strategy will be to focus on developing the Threat Intelligence team and strategy and so experience working in and leading in this space is crucial to this position. You should also be comfortable leading on and communicating about highly technical concepts so a background in the technical SecOps space is highly sought after as well.


In this role you will:

  • Head up and lead a large Security Operations function
  • Lead on the strategy and road-mapping for an internal SOC and CTI function
  • Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders within and outside of Cyber Security

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading major Security Operations functions
  • Exposure to and experience managing and progressing cyber threat intelligence teams
  • Background working in technical security and a strong up to date knowledge in this space
