You will deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional performance & assurance reporting and insurance management which supports the organisation to deliver quality services.You will be responsible for: * Data Protection compliance is proactively prioritised across the organisation and resourced appropriately to ensure key delivery which minimises organisational risks. Take lead in ensuring subject access requests are appropriately supported including end to end meeting administration support. * Oversight of Key Performance Indicators and ensuring they are effectively managed, reported on and maintained, alongside tenant satisfaction measures and relevant statutory returns * Management of the internal audit, and supporting delivery of the internal audit contract, including liaising with internal audit and with services and communicating key information to ensure the effective delivery of the audit plan. Leading on the coordination of follow up of internal audit actions, and support reporting of progress. Undertaking an agreed programme of 2nd line assurance reviews. * Tracking and understanding assurances across the organisation, drawing together key information for reporting to senior management, Audit and Risk Committee and Board. * Lead work on insurance - Responsible for ensuring adequate insurance provision for the organisation, management of claims, liaising with Insurance Brokers and Insurance Companies
