Training Program Analyst

Compensation: £17.96 per hour
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Training Program Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Training Standards team and the broader department by facilitating training committees and evaluating training data to ensure effective management of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile data packages for training committees, ensuring timely completion of action items, agenda preparation, and documentation.
- Organize and engage in training committee meetings.
- Document meeting minutes accurately.
- Generate Training Committee Programme Health Reports to assess the effectiveness of training implementation.
- Report on Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team for oversight of training performance.
- Analyze trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Provide tactical analysis of training data to support informed decision-making.
- Enhance organizational learning through the corrective action toolkit.
- Create ad hoc training reports utilizing the learning management system.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including collaboration with various stakeholders to gather information and update reports.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to articulate issues clearly and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to foster strong internal relationships and engage with all levels of the organization.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with SAP/People Fluent/MyLearningHub.
- Capability to produce impactful reports.
- Understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training lifecycle.
- Experience in developing KPIs and metrics.
