We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to:

  • Answer the telephone as the ‘first port of call’, ensuring all callers have a positive experience
  • Assist with screening of candidates through effective detailed questioning (with prompts) over the telephone, accurately recording information gained
  • Resource for new candidates by carrying out database searches based on job description requirements
  • Interview candidates in order to assess and record their qualifications, skills, work experience and job aspirations, as well as carry out suitability checks and documentation filing
  • Organising rotas for temporary workers
  • Undertake daily audits of registration forms, and ensure all failed audits are rectified
  • Ensure all compliance standards are upheld in relation to candidate registration forms and temporary worker requirements to include references
  • Format CV’s to be sent to clients
  • Post job adverts on appropriate job boards and social media channels

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Can demonstrate strong administrative skill through prior experience
