We've teamed up with the fastest-growing jewellery brand in the UK, Abbott Lyon, who are now in the market to secure a Content Creator for the team on a freelance basis.

Having delivered 130% growth last year, and done so profitably, the business has recorded its best-ever months since the beginning of the year, bucking the trend in UK retail. More than 700,000 UK consumers already shop Abbott Lyon, and there are more than 2 million look-a-like customers in the UK alone. In addition, the US represents a huge opportunity for Abbott Lyon, and one they are determined to realise. Role description:
As Content Creator, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing social style creative for paid social channels. They will be responsible for ideating, designing and developing social ad creative assets that assist in driving profitable growth for the business. This includes shooting content at home, in their studio, and on location, primarily on an iPhone for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook ads briefed by the team. This role sits in the performance marketing team, with close collaboration with the brand and social media team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ideate, script and create agile TikTok trends and Instagram-style videos for paid ads.
- Self-shooting mobile-first video content.
- Assist with external content creators.
- Assist on dedicated ad creative shoots.
- Keep up to date with creative trends and the social landscape (TikTok trends, Instagram, YouTube).
- Support senior designers with content requests.
- Collaborate with wider teams: Social team to understand best-performing content and future plans, Product team to understand new launches, Ecom and Performance teams to understand best performers, trends and commercial insight.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with light editing tools like Capcut, & basic image retouching.
- On the pulse with re-creating social trends (TikTok & Instagram).
- Confident in speaking to the camera and recording voiceovers.
- Ability to shoot high-quality content at home (equipment provided).
- Video and image editing experience.
- Fundamental graphic design knowledge is a plus.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Capacity to turn out quality content quickly.
- Enthusiasm to research, share ideas, and use initiative.
- Interested in current trends and fashion.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with an e-commerce brand.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and content creation tools.
