We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team at HyperGrowth Recruitment. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality social media content for our e-commerce brand, with a focus on driving profitable growth through paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities- Ideate, script, and create engaging social media content for paid ads, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Self-shoot mobile-first video content using provided equipment.
- Collaborate with the brand and social media teams to understand best-performing content and future plans.
- Assist with external content creators and dedicated ad creative shoots.
- Stay up-to-date with creative trends and the social landscape, including TikTok trends, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Support senior designers with content requests and collaborate with wider teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience with light editing tools like Capcut and basic image retouching.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to recreate them.
- Confidence in speaking to the camera and recording voiceovers.
- Ability to shoot high-quality content at home with provided equipment.
- Video and image editing experience, as well as fundamental graphic design knowledge.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for research and idea-sharing.
- Interest in current trends and fashion, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience working with an e-commerce brand.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and content creation tools.
