Job Description**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and produce engaging social-first video content from concept to delivery, working closely with our production team.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality content for TikTok and IG Reels, and ideate for large-scale productions.
- Assist in the development of brands' visual identity and tone on social media platforms.
- Self-shoot mobile-first video content and edit using industry-standard tools like Premiere Pro.
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of experience in a social or creative role, with a passion for staying up-to-date with social trends and pop culture.
- Base-level experience in editing on Premiere Pro is preferred but not required.
- A creative flair, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £26,000 to £37,000 depending on experience.
