Real Estate Finance Paralegal sought for a Leading City Law Firm


The Client

Our client, a highly regarded City Law Firm, are looking for a Paralegal with real estate finance experience to join their Real Estate Finance team in their London office.


The Role

The successful candidate’s work will include (but not be limited to):

· Communicating with clients and third parties involved in transactions,

· Promptly responding to requests from clients and agents,

· File opening and due diligence work,

· Keeping on top of the case management system,

. Ad hoc administrative duties when required.


The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some (if not all) of the following characteristics and skills:

· Previous experience within a Real Estate team, exposure to Real Estate Finance is highly advantageous,

· Strong academics – LLB/GDL – LPC preferred but not essential.
