Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Finance Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join their very busy team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing their own caseload and a strong understanding of Property.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Real Estate Finance matters, including but not limited to drafting security documents, carrying out due diligence, working on remortgages, transfer of equity, sales and purchases.
  • Handling your own caseload from instruction to post completion.
  • Preparing finance and banking documents.


Qualifications + Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Finance Paralegal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Experience with Land Registry and Companies House.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
