Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Finance Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience previously to join a strong and growing team in their Central London office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in liaising with Land Registry, opening and closing files, as well as post completion work and a strong understanding of Real Estate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of the Real Estate Finance team supporting the lawyers as well as providing legal and administrative support on transactions
  • Opening new client files
  • Liaising with solicitors and clients
  • Conducting compliance and KYC
  • Dealing with redemption's and further advances
  • Applying for entries from Land Registry
  • Preparing Lease Reports and other document summaries
  • Drafting finance documents
  • Carrying out property searches and liaising with the Land Registry
  • Completion and post completion administration
  • Scheduling Title Deeds and Documents


Qualifications + Experience:

  • Previous experience of minimum 1 year working within Real Estate/Property
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
