The Role The role of a SCaaS Sales Manager at TechPoint is crucial for electronics Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS) managing the complex process in driving growth optimising the process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness building relationships and expanding the customer base.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business plansworking alongsideSalesDirectorto expand the customer base. Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth andidentifyand pursue business opportunities through networking and partnerships.Drive order intake activities for new logos or new projects from existing key customers.Build andmaintainstrong relationships with new clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable supply chain solutions and address customer concerns ensuringhigh levelsof customer satisfaction.Sell ourSCaaSsolutionsoffering:supplier relationship management strategic procurement planning and demand management inventory reductionkittingand distributionKanBanand Consignment agreementsetc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing internal salesproductionand quality assurance to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements.Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for significant opportunities from potential clients.Customisesupply chain offerings based on client requirements.Regularly reviewobjectivesand sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them. Develop pricing strategies.
