We are seeking talented and ambitious marketing students to join our Advanced Graduate Training Programme in Marketing and Communications. This comprehensive one-year programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines, developing advanced skills in digital marketing, data analytics, integrated communications, and strategic planning.


Programme Overview

This comprehensive undergraduate training programme is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in marketing principles. It aims to provide advanced, practical experience across various marketing disciplines, with a focus on both traditional and digital channels.


The programme is structured into four quarters, each deepening the student’s expertise and allowing for hands-on application of advanced marketing strategies.

  1. Quarter: Focuses on integrated marketing communications, including brand management, public relations, crisis management, and multimedia content production.
  2. Quarter: Emphasises advanced digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  3. Quarter: Centers on data-driven marketing and analytics, exploring advanced analytics, marketing automation, and CRM.
  4. Quarter: Covers strategic marketing management with a focus on market research, strategic planning, and measuring marketing effectiveness.

Throughout the year, students engage in mentorship, project work, and professional development, culminating in a final project where they develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. The program equips undergraduates with the skills needed to excel in the ever-evolving marketing industry.

Requirements:

  • Second-year undergraduate student, or a recent graduate (within the last year) with a marketing-focused degree
  • Strong academic background Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Analytical mind set with a keen interest in data-driven marketing
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required.
