Want to play a pivotal role supporting our broker relationships through multi-channel marketing? Good news, we have an exciting opportunity to do just that

As our Broker Marketing & Communications Consultant, you’ll manage our intermediary facing marketing activities including tenders, promotion of our broker benefits including training and net zero support, plus event content and collateral.

For this hands-on role, you'll love working collaboratively and creatively to deliver first-class marketing consultancy both internally, and to our brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're keen to further your experience of working across a range of marketing disciplines whilst collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
As a multi-tasker with strong prioritisation skills, you'll be responsible for:

- **Broker tenders**:

- project management and delivery of high quality tender/bid responses. You'll have ownership of the design, collation and craft of bespoke proposals that exceed client and broker expectations. You'll also manage an up-to-date toolkit of self-serve tender material and supporting information available to our distribution teams.
- **Broker events - **support industry and Allianz led broker events by creating engaging, informative and on-brand event collateral.
- **Broker benefits - **work with the wider team to market our broker proposition benefits including the Net Zero Accelerator and the Allianz Partner Academy broker training programme. You’ll also manage our webinar programme for brokers.
- **Broker marketing **- own marketing activation for the strategic partner segment, working closely with the wider team to dovetail with wider segmentation activity and campaigns. Act as a marketing consultant to our branch network, coordinating marketing activity where required.

As well as:

- Manage FCA requirements, financial promotions and legal responsibilities to ensure compliance and regulatory needs are met for all marketing activity.

**About you**:
Essential:

- Significant general B2B or B2B2B marketing and communications experience, ideally within financial services/insurance. A good understanding of offline and digital marketing is a must.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good planning and project organisation skills.
- Confident stakeholder management.
- Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines.

Beneficial, but not essential:

- Familiarity working with design and creative agencies.
- Marketo, Salesforce, Canva and GoTo Webinar experience.
- Understanding of the commercial insurance market including brokers.
- Bid writing and/or coordination.
- Qualifications related to marketing, business studies or insurance.
