Are you an enthusiastic Retail National Account Executive looking to work with award-winning Forecourt Retail Partners?

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Building Business Plans: Collaborate with the National Account Manager and Retail Partners to create Joint Business Plans.
  • Relationship Management: Develop an integrated contact strategy to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  • National Account Initiatives: Assist in implementing initiatives to improve product mix, customer traffic, and basket size, while enhancing loyalty and client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Service Monitoring: Oversee sales and service, addressing and resolving any queries and issues that arise within the national account framework.
  • National Account Debt Management: Support the management of commissioned operator bad debt, in collaboration with the Credit Control function.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Professional Development: Take a proactive approach to personal development, national account management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
