Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary goal is to drive profitable, long-term business by nurturing relationships with our client base, which includes recruitment agencies and end clients. Your focus will be on expanding revenue streams across our range of services, such as Umbrella and Accountancy services.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships at senior levels within client accounts and conduct both face-to-face and video meetings with consultants and managers to foster growth. Success in this position is measured by the growth of existing accounts and the acquisition of new ones.


Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for implementing a general strategy across all managed accounts.

Responsible for driving sales activity within the pre-defined list of allocated accounts.

You will work with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients, operating from consultant to senior level.

New Business development opportunities / lead generation will be an active part of this role

You will be required to demonstrate, through periodic survey results, your ability to provide market leading support.


You will conduct field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours, when required, to organise and attend networking events.

The KPIs for this role will set against activity levels including that of face to face meetings, video calls, telephone and email activity
