A Finance Business Partner is required for a temporary role in the not-for-profit industry, with a focus on delivering strategic financial insights. This contract will be for around 6 months based in Northampton.

Description

The Finance Business Partner will:

  • Provide financial insight and advice to key stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Foster financial literacy across the organisation through training and engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
  • Conduct risk analysis and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Review and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Finance or related fields.
  • Proven experience in financial management and strategy.
  • Solid understanding of financial laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate between £22.00-25.00, dependent on experience.
