Description
- Provide financial expertise to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure financial understanding and accountability.
- Analyse financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate financial training for non-financial managers.
- Assist in the production of statutory accounts and reports.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the finance director.
- Uphold the financial policies and procedures of the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
- An understanding of the Not For Profit sector.
