Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Finance Partner to join our team at one2one Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with Finance Managers across the UK to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Financial Advice: Provide expert financial guidance to non-finance colleagues and assist with training and development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage financial projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Financial Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, including annual audit, month-end, and year-end processes.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and supervise the credit control and purchase ledger functions, providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Qualification: Part- or fully-qualified Accountant (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other financial software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business knowledge and understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
