The Opportunity- Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing for PMC, you'll lead the marketing charge, collaborating with our operating board and Sales teams to break into new markets. We're on the hunt for a seasoned Marketing leader, who wants to rapidly progress their career and join our operating board. You'll have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and make a real impact. If you're passionate about leading a dynamic team, this is your chance

About the Role
As our Head of Marketing, you'll develop and execute the strategy for our diverse offerings—Managed Services, Professional Services, Consulting, Technology Services, and Graphene Solutions. Collaborating with senior leaders and our sales team, you'll boost market engagement, drive lead generation, and spearhead our expansion into new sectors and geographies.

Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer you'll lead a talented marketing team across the UK and India, guiding them to deliver impactful campaigns and innovative brand positioning. You'll align marketing efforts with sales, proposition leaders, and the operating board, ensuring every initiative supports our business objectives.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience across all areas of Marketing delivery and comfortable to be the marketing thought leader for PMC
  • Experience of B2B technology marketing
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing a clear marketing strategy and operating plan, aligned to a Company's overall strategy
  • Excellent people leader, with a strong track record of developing and enabling high performing teams
  • A successful track record of managing marketing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in market research with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with strong creative writing and content creation skills
  • Good experience of supplier management. • Effective budget management skills
  • Experience in international marketing, particularly in expanding into new markets.
  • A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for career growth—we're seeking someone with the ambition to join our board in the near future.
  • Extensive experience supporting the Sales function to drive business growth through lead generation
