We are looking for a passionate, engaging and driven marketer with a background in B2B marketing to join a leading PropTech business as their Marketing Executive.

Based in Reading, the Marketing Executive will join a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team that encourages passion, ambition and collaboration.

The Marketing Executive will support the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to implement the integrated marketing plan across all key audiences/sectors, driving brand awareness, sales growth and customer retention.

The role will involve:

  • Working collaboratively across teams and departments to maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning

  • Support of lead nurture strategy, including channels like email, social media, blogging, and events, via HubSpot to manage lead nurture campaigns

  • Day-to-day management of the content schedule, social media profiles and website to drive consistent and relevant traffic

  • Working with the digital marketing team to analyse keyword and organic search performance and optimise content to build on website performance

  • Building and managing the company’s social media profiles to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads

  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales, product and customer success teams

  • Contributing to and project managing a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties

  • Implementing promotional and lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads converting to sales

  • Managing and building various emails, landing pages, data lists and campaigns

  • Planning and logistics for industry events that the company attends

  • Supporting management of reporting, marketing budgets and billing/invoicing

About You:

To be successful as the Marketing Executive you will be someone who comes from a relevant background with a passion for marketing. You will ideally have proven experience of delivering high-quality pieces of content and managing the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns. You will have the ability to work closely with product and sales teams to create compelling communications which support growth and retention.

You will also have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant marketing qualification

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation (ideally Hubspot).

  • Experience in email, social and event/webinar management

  • Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation (preferably Hubspot)

  • Flexible and adaptable in complex and changing situations

  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.

  • A tenacious 'can do’ approach
