Role: Cyber Security Manager
Location: London
Salary: £100,000+
Locke & McCloud is seeking an seasoned Cyber Security Manager on behalf of a global organisation who has 8 offices across 3 continents. This is a people- first organisation and cyber security is championed across the business, with a drive towards modern technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and documentation in collaboration with the Technology team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support leadership by leveraging a strong understanding of industry audit and compliance standards, along with internal concepts, principles, and procedures.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to achieve risk management goals, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with our security vendors, including SoC, SiEM, and MDR services.
- Manage audit findings (internal, external, and client-driven) to ensure business departments understand the issues and that remediations effectively mitigate information security risks.
- Oversee the cyber incident management process and develop necessary documentation repositories, policy documents, operational schedules, and processes.
- Drive and support the exceptions and waivers process, ensuring exceptions are appropriately reviewed and relevant actions are taken.
- Promote the organisation's security policy to ensure appropriate measures are taken to secure the firm's information and minimise security incidents.
- Manage post-incident investigations and provide advice to address issues and amend procedures to enhance the firm’s information security protection.
- Experience in growing and motivating a team, coaching members through career milestones and progression.

- Engage with senior leadership on information security and risk issues.
- Manage time efficiently, work under pressure, and respond quickly to requests.
- Lead teams and display gravitas when managing key initiatives.
