Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded high street law firm based in the centre of Chester. They are currently recruiting a Head of Clinical Negligence to help set up their new clinical negligence department dealing with all areas of clinical negligence and developing a new team.

Your new role
This head of Clinical Negligence role will see you handle your own caseload of varied clinical negligence claims valued at bot h the fast and multi-track levels. You willl develop the department, building a team reporting into you and design a workflow system which can be applied to their current case management system.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 4+ years PQE. Previous experience handling your own litigated caseload of fast and multi-track clinical negligence claims is essential. This is an office based role, so you must be able to commute to Chester 5 days a week.
