We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Development Nurse to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continuous improvement strategy and support our staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This secondment is a 12-month full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Clinical Practice Development Nurse, you will provide specialty education and training within the clinical environment at the Acute Medical Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support continuous improvement
  • Support the implementation of new working practices to promote flexible working and work-life balance
