My Client is a leading Government Body who are looking for a new "Service Desk Analyst" to provide 1st and 2nd Line Remote and Deskside support for their users. To replace a recent promotion and join a team of 4 in supporting 230 Users.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Entra ID - User administration
  • Printer support
  • Troubleshooting any conference call platform
  • Exchange - Create mailboxes and shared mailboxes
  • Windows 10/11 knowledge
  • Hardware support
  • Provided remote support
  • Office 365 - user administration
