My Client is a leading Government Body who are looking for a new "Service Desk Analyst" to provide 1st and 2nd Line Remote and Deskside support for their users. To replace a recent promotion and join a team of 4 in supporting 230 Users.

Essential Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Entra ID - User administration
- Printer support
- Troubleshooting any conference call platform
- Exchange - Create mailboxes and shared mailboxes
- Windows 10/11 knowledge
- Hardware support
- Provided remote support
- Office 365 - user administration
