Peaple Talent have partnered with an established Southwest based business. They are looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead the team, improve processes, and promote excellence.


The Role:

  • Define and manage the support strategy
  • Coat and mentor the team to achieve their potential
  • Oversee technical support and escalations
  • Participate in internal projects for process and documentation improvements


The Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing a technical ITIL Service Desk
  • Familiarity with Customer Success functions


The Package:

Base salary: up to £65,000
