Location: Cumbria, North West England

Terms: Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) and a full driver’s license. A company vehicle will be provided.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (rota basis, 5 day week), field-based, door-to-door at customer homes.

Salary: £26,475.00 basic, OTE £60,000.00+, Realistic Targets


ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll visit residential customers door-to-door, introducing them to a new broadband product. This role offers uncapped commission, allowing you to take charge of your earnings.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Field-based door-to-door sales, visiting customers' homes.
  • Answering questions and explaining product features (full training provided).
  • Achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
  • Communicating relevant local feedback to internal teams.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally door-to-door (telecoms or utilities preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different customers.
  • Confidence in handling objections and a tenacious attitude to succeed.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms.
