Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Cumbria region. As the primary point of contact for farmers, you will identify their needs and showcase the benefits of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach customers and achieve targets.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Promote smaXtec's products and services through various channels, including trade shows and local events.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
Requirements
  • You must have proven experience in the dairy sector, preferably in agri sales or herd management.
  • You should have a strong passion for sales and relationship-building.
  • You need to be self-motivated and organized, with the ability to plan daily activities.
  • You should be willing to work independently and travel frequently.
  • You require a clean driving license and motivation for sales in the field.
