Starboard Hotels is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team, supporting a cluster of hotels.

Starboard Hotels is a family-owned group of 21 hotels. We're ambitious and growing, with hotels under various, well-recognised brands including IHG, Hilton , Accor, Best Western plus independent properties.

This is an office-based role, working 40 hours a week at our Chorley base between the hours of 8am and 6pm, with a salary of £35,000. Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate success in a similar role, managing and leading revenue strategies across multiple sites and have experience with one or more major hotel brands contributing towards new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and be fluent in English.

What to expect

As Cluster Revenue Manager, you'll ensure that each hotel within your cluster has clearly defined revenue and distribution strategies through effective utilisation of techniques, systems and processes. You will also be required to conducting regular revenue, pricing and inventory calls with the hotels while supporting revenue forecasting & budgeting throughout the year. You will work closely with the commercial team and wider central teams to provide feedback on performance and trends while maintaining a high level of industry knowledge.
